Tell us about your personal and professional journey. How did you end up becoming a content writer?
Since childhood, I have always had a passion for writing. I would spend hours scribbling in notebooks, creating stories, and crafting poems. After graduation, I started my professional journey as a freelance writer, taking on various projects and building my portfolio.
Over time, I found that I had a knack for creating content that resonated with readers and clients alike. I began to specialize in copywriting and content marketing, working with companies in various industries to produce engaging and compelling content.
My passion for writing has led me to becoming a content writer, where I can use my skills to help businesses achieve their goals through the power of words. Writing has always been a part of who I am, and I am grateful to have turned my passion into a fulfilling career.
What do you enjoy most about working as a content writer?
I enjoy many things about my work. One of the most rewarding aspects of my job is using my creativity to craft engaging and informative pieces. Whether writing a blog post, a product description, or a social media update, I am constantly challenging myself to think outside the box and come up with fresh ideas.
I also enjoy the research aspect of content writing, as it allows me to learn about new topics and expand my knowledge base. With each project, I can delve into a new subject, gathering information and insights to create compelling content.
However, the most satisfying part of being a content writer is seeing the impact my writing can have. Whether helping a business bump up its website traffic, educating readers on a particular topic, or entertaining them with a well-crafted story, I find it incredibly fulfilling to know that my words are making a difference. It’s a job that challenges, inspires, and brings me joy daily.

Apart from writing, what are your hobbies and interests?
Besides writing, I have several hobbies and interests that keep me busy and fulfilled. One of my favorite hobbies is listening to music. Music helps me relax and unwind, and I enjoy discovering new artists and genres. I also enjoy attending live concerts and music festivals whenever possible.
Another hobby of mine is reading books. As a writer, I must stay informed and inspired; reading is a great way to accomplish this. I enjoy reading everything from classic literature to contemporary non-fiction, and reading helps me expand my vocabulary and develop my writing style.
Travelling is another passion of mine. I love exploring new places, experiencing different cultures, and trying new foods. Travelling also helps me gain new perspectives and inspiration for my writing.
Lastly, please share your favorite book and current reading list.
My favorite book of all time is ‘Wuthering Heights’ by Emily Bronte. The novel is a hauntingly beautiful tale of love, obsession, and revenge set against the wild and rugged landscape of the Yorkshire moors. I was drawn to the complex characters, their tumultuous relationships, and the vivid descriptions of the natural world.
A close second is the ‘Remnants of a Separation’ by Aanchal Malhotra, a profoundly moving and insightful exploration of the Partition of India in 1947. It’s a fascinating book that explores the legacy of India’s partition through the objects and stories left behind by people who lived through it. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in history, culture, and personal narratives.
Currently, I am reading ‘The Testaments’ by Margaret Atwood, which is the highly anticipated sequel to her dystopian classic, ‘The Handmaid’s Tale’. The book picks up the story fifteen years after the first novel’s events and follows the lives of three women in the oppressive regime of Gilead. I enjoy the author’s masterful storytelling and ability to create a vivid and disturbing world.
I am also reading ‘And Then One Day: A Memoir’, by Naseeruddin Shah. As a fan of his work, I was intrigued to learn more about his life and experiences. The book is a candid and engaging account of his journey from a small town in Uttar Pradesh to becoming one of India’s most acclaimed actors.
I always have a long list of books that I am eager to read, and each book opens up new worlds of knowledge and inspiration.
